National Instruments: TestStand

NI TestStand is ready-to-run test management software designed to help you develop automated test and validation systems faster. You can use NI TestStand to develop, execute, and deploy test system software.

MaTeLo supports natively this test environment for making a global Model Based Testing solution. MaTeLo generates automatically turn-key TestStand test sequences. With MaTeLo, TestStand user get more productivity and design their test with test model.

Opal-RT: RT-Lab

Opal-RT and B2i Automotive Engineering have joined together to offer solutions to the increasing needs of the automotive industry. With our powerful HIL solutions, you can validate and tune complex embedded systems at a competitive cost.

B2i Automotive Engineering uses MaTeLo on the top of the Opal-RT HIL solution to generate automatically functional test cases.


 

Mercedes Bench Technologies: PROVEtech:TA

PROVEtech:TA is an operational software, developed in practice by the MBtech Group, for the control and automation of test systems. It allows the user to interactively set and measure all relevant state variables of a test system.

MaTeLo and PROVEtech:TA have been integrated on many projects by our customer.It allows PROVEtech:TA to get a Model Based Testing approach by designing test with model and allows to MaTeLo to generates automatically turn-key test cases for real-time HIL test benches composed of various hardware (dSpace, ETAS, Opal-RT, National Instruments, Mathworks...)


 

ETAS: LabCar Automation

LabCar Automation is a tool suite for developing, managing and executing automated ECU tests.

MaTeLo generates executable test cases (TTCN-3 or NI TestStand) compatible with LabCar Automation  with the aim of ECU validation.


 

Vector: CANdb and CANoe

CANdb++ Editor offers options for visualizing the data contained in the DBC databases and for modifying the data easily. For this purpose it contains specialized, application orientated views on the data.

CANoe is an all-round tool for the development, testing and analysis of networks and ECUs. It support rest bus simulation of many bus and protocol connected with a powerful test feature set.

MaTeLo can import CAN data structures designed by CANdb++ and generates automatically functional test cases for CANoe with the help of NI TestStand or in XML with a specific StyleSheet.

Selenium is a free suite of tools to automate web application testing across many platforms.

MaTeLo generates executable test cases for Selenium with the aim of web application validation. 


 

IBM Rational: Functional Tester:

Rational Functional Tester is an automated functional testing and regression testing tool.

MaTeLo generates executable test cases for Rational Functional Tester with the aim of windows application validation.


 

HP: Quick Test Professional:

HP QuickTest Professional supports functional and regression test automation that addresses every major software application environment.

MaTeLo generates executable test cases for QuickTest Professional with the aim of windows application validation. 

Simulation environments:


 

Mathworks: Simulink Stateflow

Simulink® is an environment for multi domain simulation and Model-Based Design for dynamic and embedded systems. It provides an interactive graphical environment and a customizable set of block libraries that let you design and simulate a variety of time-varying systems.

MaTeLo uses Simulink/Stateflow simulation to handle test oracles of the test model. The simulation allows to design MaTeLo "Transfer Functions" to retrieve expected result in function of a set of input values.

For a MIL approach, MaTeLo generates automatically the needed test cases for the validation of the Simulink simulation.


 

Scicos:

Scicos is a graphical dynamical system modeler and simulator developed in the Metalau project at INRIA, Paris-Rocquencourt center.

 MaTeLo uses Scicos simulation to handle test oracles of the test model. The simulation allows to desgin MaTeLo "Transfert Functions" to retreive expected result in function of a set of input values.

IBM Telelogic: Doors

IBM Telelogic Doors is the leading requirements management tool for systems and advanced IT applications.

MaTeLo works with Doors by importing and assigning requirements to the test model. MaTeLo also insures the full requirements traceability during the validation process.
